Nessle

As an intern at a healthcare startup, I developed graphic, UX and web design skills by working on a customer-provider interface platform.

Problem

Nessle, a healthcare startup, was planning to launch by the end of the Summer. The existing marketing site was identified as being difficult to navigate and visually basic.

How might we design an engaging marketing website to effectively educate both costumers and care providers on Nessle and encourage them to sign up?

Solution

A new marketing website with a company blog built using Webflow.

Process

Competitive analysis, Webflow iterations, establish CMS, optimize SEO, user interviews, launch site

Collaborators

Ethan Parker, Product and Brand Designer

Results

Designed and launched an 8 page Webflow CMS site.

Competitive Analysis

Nessle is an online platform that connects parents with certified parenting experts.

My first project was to study the websites of similar healthcare provider companies and to prepare a competitive analysis. I then presented my findings to company leadership. The insights from this presentation lead us to design the marketing website.

Marketing Site

Working with Lead Product Designer Ethan Parker, we used Webflow to create a marketing site that outlines the service to potential users and care providers.

One project I particularly enjoyed was designing the Nessle blog. I used Webflow CMS systems to manage images, authors, posts, and tags.

User Interviews

After the site went live, I conducted usability testing with 3 practicing care experts to assess site efficacy and discover any pain points. Based on their input, we made adjustments to content spacing and animation timing.

Demo Video

My last major project was creating a demo video of the platform using clickable Figma prototypes.
